We stand behind the quality of our products. The Extrena™ 4K Action Camera is covered by a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the 90-day warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product at no charge, or
  
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.
  

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  
• Water damage (unless otherwise stated as waterproof under proper usage conditions)
  
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  
• Normal wear and tear
  
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
  
• Damage caused by improper charging, power surges, or use with non-approved accessories
  

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team within 90 days of receiving your product. You may be required to provide:

• Proof of purchase
  
• Order number
  
• Description of the issue
  
• Photo or video evidence of the defect
  

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited solely to repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  
• Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
  
• During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
